Frequently Asked
Where do I find my lot code?
Every Brave Botanix bottle is printed with a lot code on the label — usually near the expiration date. It looks like a short alphanumeric string (e.g. ASH250421 or MB2CS007-02). Enter it above to see the exact lab results for the batch in your hand.
What tests are in a COA?
Every certificate covers four categories: identity (that the raw material matches what's on the label), active-ingredient potency, heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury by ICP-MS), and microbiological safety (aerobic plate count, coliform, yeast, mold, E. coli, salmonella).
Who runs the tests?
All testing is conducted by independent third-party laboratories commissioned by independent third-party laboratories on our behalf. We publish those unaltered results here — the numbers on the COA are the numbers the lab reported.
My lot code isn't showing up.
Two possible reasons: (1) your bottle is from an older or newer batch than our currently-published COA. Email us at info@bravebotanix.com with the lot code and we'll send you the exact certificate for your batch, usually same-day. (2) The lot code format might have a typo — try again without dashes or spaces.
Can I get the unmodified lab-issued original?
Yes. Email info@bravebotanix.com with the lot code and we'll send you the original unaltered third-party lab PDF.
