Thank you for visiting and shopping at Brave Botanix. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Times All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Brave Botanixis not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages Brave Botanix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy We currently ship outside the USA. Shipping rates and charges may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brave Botanix is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at BraveBotanix@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please check with the carrier to see if there are any restrictions.
Shipping on large items Large item shipping may require special handling and additional charges due to size and weight. We will inform you of any extra costs at checkout.
